Abstract(in English) Since visual perception of ordinary documents is difficult or impossible for visually impaired and blind people, aural messages are generated and provided. In this report, we discuss certain aural messaging service that uses auditory code and reading (decoding) device from the viewpoint of milieu of service. We point out certain technical, and social issues for building preferable milieu for service use.
