Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The author surmises that "Network" is another name of "Automata". Through his analysis of the Mechanism of Language in reference to the OSI reference model, it became clear that the Network is an automatic and self-regulating information exchange mechanism of living organism in order to adapt itself to the environment. He reviewed how he had discovered and elaborated the abstract notion, "Digital", and contemplated on the complex and refined automata of living organism which is enabled by immune and neural cells, referring to the "Toward the Network Theory of Immune System" (1974) of N.K. Jerne. Surprisingly, the decision mechanism of single cell organism such as amebas and that of high-end primates seem to be identical: they are based on the cellular level memories, pattern recognition and behavioral selection. The author concludes that homo sapiens sapiens has to activate life memories contained in DNA cellular memories.
