Abstract(in English) The activity of clearing snow by the snow blower is so important in the snowy country. However, if the snow blower clears snow without noticing the obstacle, these are damaged, and the efficiency of clearing snow decreases. This paper proposes the system which notifies the snow blower the roadside and the position of the obstacles on the road. We have developed and evaluated the method of detecting position of obstacles from the scanned data with 3D laser scanner, and of creating the map of the roadside and obstacles for snow blower support.
