Abstract(in English) In the ISDB-Tmm, the storage-type broadcasting service (File Casting service) is provided as well as real-time broadcasting service. The storage-type broadcasting service in the ISDB-Tmm enables a variety of huge multimedia contents files to be delivered to mobile handsets through the broadcasting system effectively. The lost data in broadcasting is recoverable with a retransmission request scheme through the communication channel. In this paper, we describe the storage-type broadcasting scheme, the retransmission request scheme, and the erasure recovery scheme.
