Abstract(in English) | With the advent of digital terrestrial broadcasting IP retransmission service, High efficiency and high quality, reliable IP multicast technology is requested. We proposed a method to distribute IP multicast traffic among multiple access edge(IGMPv3/MLDv2 routers) using hash function to improve the efficiency of IP multicast capacity. And, we suggested a first fault detection method using router dedicated query and a first failover switching method using multiple hash forwarding tables assuming the access edge router failure patterns to improve fault tolerance of IP multicast access. In this paper, we present a recovery switching method considering the delivery status after the access edge router fault recovery detection. |
