Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, terminals using multi-band wireless access systems are spreading because diverse wireless access systems are available. In this paper, we clarify the impact of terminal's mobility on channel capacity in an environment where a multi-band wireless system is available. Furthermore we investigate the effect of a load balancing handover based on channel capacity considering terminal's mobility. To doing so, we define a channel model, channel capacity model, channel allocation model, and user utility model. Our simulation results show that the capacity-based access point selection with load balancing handover considering terminal's mobility achieves higher user utility than the access point selection without load balancing handover.
