Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper prepares an automatic and accurate music recommendation method based on the relation-ship between human motions and music pieces extracted from video sequences. In the proposed method, it is necessary to extract human regions from video sequences when modelling this relationship based on kernel Canonical Correlation Analysis (CCA). Therefore, the proposed method realizes automatic music recommendation from human motions by automating its extraction according to motion features extracted from video sequences. The experimental results show the effectiveness of our method of human region detection and its application to music recommendation.
