Abstract(in English) The international standard of functional safety is developed as a basis for the development / design technique now when the reliability of an electronic circuit is asked. An international standard can be divided roughly with a process, a system, and testing and the conformity evaluation is shown by the proof of inspection, certification, an examination, etc. Inspection is required for conformity evaluation of a functional safety design, and Product certification and testing are not accepted, because based on the IAFILAC Guide for ISO/IEC 17020 only ISO/IEC 17020 is assessed Professional. judgement When planning this evaluation at the 3rd party, it is necessary to entrust an inspection body (ISO/IEC 17020), It investigates that it cannot evaluate by the certification body (ISO/IEC GUIDE 65) and a testing body (ISO/IEC 17025).
