| Abstract(in English) | Various optical filtering functions utilizing multilayer-type photonic crystals (multilayers on a grating) are described. Wide-band box-like bandpass filtering functions and complex filtering functions as well as conventional narrow-band ban-pass, edge-pass, and band-rejection characteristics are investigated. |
