Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We fabricated an implantable CMOS image sensor with light guide array structure for improvement of spatial resolution and sensitivity of fluorescent imaging in a brain. By using a thin light guide array, it is possible to improve spatial resolution with low invasiveness to living tissue. In this paper, we report on the limitation of incident angle into the sensor and wavelength selectivity by the image sensor with light guide array and interference filter.
