Abstract(in English) Optical neural-network circuit to recognize BPSK labels for photonic label routing is proposed, which consists of optical amplifiers, phase shifters and nonlinear threshold devices. Parameters in these devices are learned with back-propagation of teacher signals. The dependence of input-to-output characteristics on the activation function in the neural-network circuit is investigated by computer simulation.
