Workload Management Considered the Work Undocumented in Gantt Chart(Knowledge-Based Software Engineering)

Abstract(in English) In the software development, managers such as project manager (PM) and superior doesn't often understand even details of work that of each assigned. In such a state, when the work undocumented in gantt chart is suddenly allocated to the worker, their workload raises extremely. Therefore, it becomes impossible for the worker to complete work in the time limit. Consequently, it gives the project and organizational activity serious damage. Then, we propose the "Workload Management System" in this paper. It is supported to prevent the work assignment with extremely high workload by what the manager understands the overall schedule considered the work undocumented in gantt chart.
