Abstract(in English)	We propose the method of evaluating the goal graph by using SGSM (Stakeholder Goal Satisfaction Matrix) and the using technique of the evaluation result. First of all, the making procedure of SGSM is shown and the procedure for calculating the index value of the goal graph satisfaction rating is shown. Next, the method of using the obtained evaluation result is shown. The method of medication of the technique to a GORE is shown by a example.
