| 抄録(和) | 本研究では,修辞ユニット分析を用いてQ&Aサイトの質問の分類について検討する.修辞ユニット分析は談話の修辞機能と脱文脈化の程度を特定する手法として考案されたもので,知識伝達の分析に利用されている.この手法を用いてQ&AサイトYahoo!知恵袋の「コスメ、美容」における質問を分類した結果,同じ対象に関する質問でも脱文脈化の程度から個人的な感想を聞くものと一般的な定義を聞くものなどに分類できることが明らかになった.修辞ユニット分析による分類は,Q&Aサイトからの情報抽出において有益な資源となり得るといえる. |
| 抄録(英) | This pilot study classifies questions in a Q&A site, Yahoo!Chiebukuro, by employing Rhetorical Unit Analysis. The RUA is a discourse analysis designed for identifying rhetorical function of messages as well as the degree of de-contextualisation/contextualisation of texts. The findings of the study indicate that by employing the RUA, the questions can be classified into the categories such as the one that demands personal impression of things and the one that demands definitions of phenomena. The study concludes that the classification through the RUA can be a new effective method for extracting information from the Q&A site. |
