Abstract(in English) We experimentally observe the synchronization in semiconductor lasers subject to a common drive signal with constant-amplitude random-phase. We show the parameter regions at which the outputs of the two response lasers can be highly correlated with each other even though the correlation between the drive and response lasers is very low.
