Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As a future generation mobile communications uplink access scheme, Interleaved Frequency Division Multiple Access (IFDMA) that can obtain high-frequency diversity effect and has low Peak-to-Average Power Ratio (PAPR) particularly in Single-Carrier-Frequency Division Multiple Access (SC-FDMA) is attracting much attention. The radio resource allocation is crucial to the efficient use of limited frequency band. In wireless communication systems, the radio resource allocation is crucial to use the limited frequency bandwidth efficiently. Since each user has an independent fading in the wireless communication channels, it is important to obtain multi-user diversity, which can improve overall system performance by allocating subcarrers to users according to users' channel conditions. However, there is a tradeoff between throughput and fairness among users in subcarrier allocation. In recent years, it has been shown that game theory is effective for resource allocation problem. In this report, using game theory, while satisfying user QoS requirements, we propose a subcarrier allocation method to achieve high system throughput and fairness in IFDMA. Based on cooperative game theory to define the optimization problem of subcarrier allocation leads to a subcarrier allocation algorithm is derived from the equation. The effectiveness of the proposed method is shown by computer simulation compared with MSR, max-min, PF.
