Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Nagel-Schreckenberg model is a cellular automaton model for traffic flow. Despite the sirriplicity of the vehicle's transition law, it is adopted as one of the basic cellular automaton models for traffic flow which is applicable to analysis of real traffic. This model represents the personality of drivers and the characteristics of the vehicles with stochastic disturbance that slows down the speed of vehicles. It happens that the backward jam transfer of vehicle's velocity at steady state disappears by setting of disturbance. In this report, we discuss the influence of disturbance to traffic flow. |
