Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The present report reviews our recent results [Konishi, Kokame, Hara, Phys. Lett. A, 2010] that amplitude death in a pair of coupled oscillators is induced by a time-varying delay connection. A simple systematic procedure for designing connection parameters such that the delay time can be arbitrarily long is explained. A numerical simulation is conducted to verify the procedure.
