Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Not only the improvement of single photon transmission performance, but also the improvement of the subsequent signal processing comes to be a key challenge in implementation of quantum key distribution system. In particular, speeding up the signal processing and enhancement of the code length are indispensable. We have developed dedicated hardware engine, key distillation engine, to overcome the challenge. In this paper, we report performance of the key distillation board.
