Study on theoretical equation of injection- and space charge-limited current in organic semiconductor

Abstract(in English) In order to clarify the electrical conductivity mechanism in the organic semiconductor, the current-voltage theoretical equations in single-layered organic semiconductor device were established and evaluated by comparing with the measurement results on the practical device. Two types of theoretical equations were established and discussed based on the injection-limited and space-charge-limited currents. It was also discussed that the temperature and thickness dependences of the theoretical equation were corresponding to the experimental result well.
