Abstract(in English) | A ZnS-based inorganic Electro-Luminescence (EL) has been widely studied for the next generation display and illumination. We have reported that the uniform emission is observed in the EL with ZnS:Cu powders sintered by the microwave (MW) heating. In this study, we investigated ZnS:Cu phosphors sintered by the infrared rapid thermal annealing (RTA) instead of the MW heating to clarify the mechanism. |
