Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Many of exercises are composed by plural muscles. In the previous study, demonstrated that alternate muscle activity in the quadriceps muscle. But it is not reported that recruitment and rate cording of motor units in configure the motion in the case that muscle become exhaustion, recruitment of motor units in configure the motion. In this study, we make a hypothesis about continuing to exert tension to alternate muscle activity in the exercise consisting of multiple muscle, If muscles become fatigue gradually, all the muscles contract synchronously. And so, activity patterns and fatigue patterns converge.
