Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Fetal monitoring based on fetal phonocardiography has been obsolescent since sometime ago. In this study we restored and improved this technology to meet with date. Except dedicated design of microphone and top stage LNA (low noise amplifier), it doesn't require any specific design of signal processing hardware. The filtered fetal phono signal, or its envelop, can substitute fetal Doppler audio signal or its envelop, at either corresponding stage of signaling, when heart rate processor is base don adaptive autocorrelation. A specific design of Doppler receiver can realize such substitution, or compatibility, beginning from receiving transducer input terminal without switching. It was found that it is better choice than Doppler or Abdominal ECG in particular scene of prenatal fetal monitoring, such as in-hospital or home non-stress-test for quiet state gravida, in terms of cost and simplicity of hardware in addition to ease of application.
