Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is known that left dorsal premotor cortex (PMd) plays a dominate role in the movement selection of choice reaction task. It is indicated that transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) give the disturbance to some area in brain. In this study, we examined whether the TMS pulses over PMd disturbs the timing error of a coincidence-anticipation timing task (CAT). As a result, it was observed that TMS delivered to PMd increased the variable error on timing of CAT. It was suggested that the PMd was responsible for temporal accuracy processing in anticipatory time.
