| 抄録(和) | われわれは視覚刺激に対する脳波の応答から被験者が選択した刺激を推定することで意思伝達を行う「ブレイン・コンピュータ・コミュニケーションシステム」の開発研究を行っている.本稿では,選択項目数を,4,6,8と変化させた場合の成功率と,target画像からの距離による脳波応答の変化について検討した.その結果,成功率は4択課題,6択課題および8択課題でそれぞれ91.7%,97.2%,92.7%となり,選択項目数が変化しても成功率は変化しないことが示唆された.一方,target画像からの距離による脳波応答の変化をみたところ,target画像から遠いnon-target刺激ほど電位変動が小さくなり,選択項目間の距離が脳波応答に影響を及ぼすことが示唆された. |
| 抄録(英) | We attempt to develop an EEG-based brain-computer communication system (BCCS) for patients with severe motor disorders. In our former study, we examined the BCCS which was customized for "the choosing of one out of four alternatives" using visual image stimuli and achieved about 90% of the success rate. In this report, we examined how the success rate was altered when the number of images was changed. Also, we investigated the effect of the distance between images to the EEG responses. As results, it was found that the success rate was not affected by the number of images, however, the EEG responses for the non-target stimuli might depend on the distance from the target image to the non-target images. |
