Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, experience-based learning support system with user's virtual body in virtual space for rigid body dynamics is proposed. Using virtual body helps users to find one's state in virtual space. The virtual body is controlled based on user's hands position (position of 3D haptic interface devices) by using inverse-kinematic algorithm. By controlling virtual body through only user's hands position, system needs no other user's information such as joint angles of arms. Experiments have been conducted with three subjects to confirm the possibility of immersive projection using the proposed system. These experimental results indicate that the subjects can control the virtual body to move rigid body in virtual space.
