Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Crosstalk reduction in wiring of a high-density wiring board and also LSI was one ofthe important problem. In this laboratory, Far-end crosstalk(FEXT) in a nicrostripline can be reduced changing the slew-rate ofthe pulse to send out and making small a difference for the speed of each propagation mode. In this paper proposes the algorithm in order to determine the line which adds capacitor from RLGC-parameter. Furthermore, the flow to capacitor addition was shown. To prove the effect, the algorithm was verified for the reduction of FEXT in some models.
