| Abstract(in English) | Since electromagnetic waves were discussed by Hertz, technologies of electromagnetic waves and high frequencies have been developed for 120 years. In these years, electronics, information and control technologies have made wide progress for industrial and home life societies. And also material characteristics of inorganic materials, organic materials and biomedical materials have been studied for high frequency, microwave and optic spectrum bands, based on measurement technologies. When electromagnetic properties of static fields, induction phenomena and electromagnetic waves are applied to communication, electronics, control and information technologies, electromagnetic characteristics of noises, interferences and disturbances are found as interaction effects. Important phenomena of electromagnetic compatibilities have been investigated for these 30 years. For normal functions of electromagnetic systems, noise and interference inspections of physical phenomena due to another system parts based on same electromagnetic principles are indispensable. Following development of high speed, high function and integrated systems in electronic and information equipments, interference disturbance difficulties in high frequency band increase. Considering recent rapid developments of computer networks and biomedical electronics, electromagnetic compatibility problems are discussed for fundamental and applied aspects. |
