Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A charged human walks near by an electronic equipment, it may have induce severe troubles. To investigate true cause of the phenomena, we have made both electrostatic and electromagnetic experiments. Under some dynamic conditions between a charged object and an induced metal object (floating), a unipolar charge induction phenomenon is observed.
