| 抄録(和) | どの電子情報通信技術分野にも共通する懸念として、ゆとり教育における高校数学・高校物理教育の軽薄化と、製品開発等実際に使われる技術の回路設計技術の超高度化の間で大学における専門技術基礎回路教育は板挟みになっており、電子情報通信技術の基礎に位置付けられている回路教育もまさしく渦中にある。また、高等教育の質保証の流れに伴い、知識習得にとどまらずそれを活用する力の育成教育にも注目しており、いわゆるペーパーテストだけでは到達度評価が必ずしも十分とはいえない懸念がある。そこで、回路とシステム研究専門委員会では、2010年秋に専門委員が所属する大学の電気電子情報通信系学科を中心にアンケート調査を行った。本アンケートでは、回路教育の中で特に初学年時に絞って、教育内容とその到達度評価について調査した。本稿では調査結果の第一報を示す。 |
| 抄録(英) | Quality assurance of higher education has been becoming a big issue in Japan as well as in the world, due to active mobility of workers and students. Accreditation systems for higher education in major countries have already moved into "outcomes-based" assessment. For that, we are now facing problem what and how we should provide educational contents at the entry level in universities. The Technical Group on Circuits and Systems, IEICE (IEICE CAS) surveyed current education of electrical circuit, which is basic knowledge in wide engineering disciplines. Through the small survey and forthcoming surveys and discussions we expect that our possible solution will come out. |
