| 抄録(和) | 能動フィルタは,回路の小型化・軽量化の要請が高まった1960年代に,容積のかさむコイル(インダクタ)を用いずに増幅器とRC回路のみで回路を構成する能動RCフィルタの形で,その構成法が盛んに研究された.1980年代になると,フィルタのオンチップ化の要請から,能動フィルタを増幅器とキャパシタのみ,あるいはトランジスタ素子とキャパシタのみで実現する方法が探求され,様々なフィルタ構成原理が花開いた.本稿では,能動フィルタの発展の歴史の中で誕生し展開していった種々の独創的な能動フィルタ構成原理を展望する. |
| 抄録(英) | Design of active filters has been actively studied in 1960s to realize filters without using bulky coils (or inductors). In 1980s, realization of active filters composed of only actives devices and capacitors has been studied in order to answer to the demand for on-chip filters. Many ingenious design principles have been born in the history of active filters. In this article, the evolution of design principles of active filters is overviewed to show some pieces of taste of the ingenious and stimulative ideas underlying their design methods. |
