Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a novel current mirror with a transimpedance amplifier that has high accuracy and high output swing. A feedback constructed from the transimpedance amplifier reduces not only an error current by a channel-length modulation effect but also the error current by vary of threshold voltage. Minimum output voltage of the proposed circuit can be lowered voltage, because the proposed circuit does not need high overdrive voltages. The proposed circuit is designed to use a device parameter of TSMC0.35μm. HSPICE simulation results show that the accuracy of the proposed circuit is 99.9[%] and the minimum output voltage is 0.1[V].
