Abstract(in English) | Fretting corrosion, by which the contact resistance increases, is one of the typical problems occurred in automotive connector contacts. In this report, three-dimensional observations using Focused Ion Beam (FIB) - SEM method have been made for tin plated fretting contacts. With the three dimensional structural transition of the tin plated contacts, contact resistance increase by the fretting have been examined. |
