| Abstract(in English) | The technical term of ultrasonic-electronics was appeared in 1980, and it was the times when the author was just writing his dissertation. The ultrasonic-electronics has been developed as the break-through technology in the various application fields. Since, many technologies based on the ultrasonic-electronics have been spread, similarly the field of nonlinear acoustics which is the research subjects of author also progressed. On the awarding the fellowship of TEICE in the field of ultrasonic-electronics, the development of ultrasonic-electronics is looked back sharing with together the author's research subjects. |
