Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, a GPU (Graphics Proccesing Unit) cluster system is applied to 3-D sound field rendering. The GPU cluster system consists of four PC nodes in which four GPUs are mounted respectirely. The program code for GPU is described by CUDA language and one for the parallel programming is described by OpenMP and OpenMPI, which runs in parallel on 16GPUs. The digital Huygen's model (DHM) method is implemented on the GPU cluster system. The calculation performance is evaluated for the 3-D sound field rendering. As a result, peak perfomances of 125 GFLOPS are obtained for the presented GPU cluster system.
