Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we describe theoretical discussions on emergent impulse stress wave(EISW) for gene transfection into a cell membrane. Q-switched Nd:YAG pulse laser with peak intensity 200[mJ/pulse], pulse duration about 10[ns], wave length 532[nm], was used for creation of it on endothermic surface absorbing material. Constitute parts of temporal profile of the EISW were also discussed.
