Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The QR code is widely used since it is useful for the mobile phone with the CCD camera. It is printed on surface of media for scanning. So it is thought ahead to be dirty. Even if it is dirty, we may be able to read it since it has error correctiong capability. Reed-Solomon code is used for the ability. We can correct errors within the bounded-distance. However, it is known that we can correct errors beyond the bound. In this paper, we propose a QR code decoding method which can correct more errors than that of conventional decoder. This decoder enables us to read QR code which can't be read for many errros.
