Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes the design and implementation of the web framework for ubiquitous sensor network applications, which enables easy development on the uTupleSpace sensor database. We analyze typical applications for a B2B2C-style sensor network such as Wide-Area Ubiquitous Network, and find the common functions in serverside processing among the services. The proposed framework is built on Ruby on Rails, and consists of u-module that encapsulates access to the uTupleSpace, an application program that provides common functions, and a registration program of current sensor states that maps sensor database to a table. We apply the framework to development of an application for a field trial and verify its applicability.
