Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper addresses long-term position prediction method for a moving target to avoid static obstacles, the position and region of which are known. As a conventional method, a constant velocity model is conceivable. However, its prediction performance deteriorates due to the model inconsistency when the target avoids obstacles. In this paper, we propose the position prediction method using multiple maneuver model to take into account the acceleration to avoid obstacles. Through computer simulation trials, the validity of our method is examined.
