Abstract(in English) Genaral public have been required do pro-environmental behavior for environmental problems. Approaches with internet technology are cosidered effective as a framework to promote pro-environmental behavior. However, there are various people in the web, it is necessary to consider the original idea that people have. Thus, the method for promoting pro-environmental behavior is considered considering three factors from negative delusion. The method to knowledge social norms of myself and others, after infering social norms of others is proposed, and the relationship between this method and social norms having originally. Evaluation experiment were conducted to social norms having originally effect changes in social norms.
