Object Detection on Interactive Display under Indoor Lighting Environment

Abstract(in English) There are researches of interactive system in which we can sense that remote interlocutor and local objects exist in the same space on remote communication environment. In the interactive display system that change the view of contents based on the results observed how the people who manipulate obj ects located on the display. if the effects of environmental light by fluorescent lighting exists on the screen. it is difficult to accurately detect the position of the objects located on the display. In this study. we propose a method for detecting objects on the screen of interactive display by comparing the contents of the original displayed image and of the image captured by camera which observe the screen of the display.
