Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A multiband and tunable bandpass filter (BPF) that supports 0.4-6 GHz band has been developed. To change both center frequency and 3dB bandwidth and obtain more than 0dB process gain over 0.4-6GHz band, the BPF is composed of six BPFs. Each BPF consists of 5th order Butterworth LPF and HPF, respectively. Base on the architecture and by taking 90nm RF-CMOS process, a prototype of the BPF was developed. As measurement results, the prototype achieved more than 2.6dB maximum process gain and less than 3.8dB NF over 0.4-6GHz band.
