Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The communication distance of small RFID tags are degraded by their antenna property. This degradation is caused by decreasing of antenna gain and mismatching loss between matching circuit and antenna which applied shrinking techniques. Simulation and theoretical analysis indicate that antenna shrinking method using 'Spiral Structures' reduce this mismatching loss, and small tags applied this structures exhibits the maximum communication of 4m at 920MHz. In additon, simulation analysis are provided for an antenna on various substrates.
