| 抄録(和) | インパルス応答に制約をもうける方法においてベクトル自己回帰(Vector Auto-regression Analysis:VAR)モデルによる分析がある.しかしながら従来のVARモデルは線形モデルであり,事象によっては非線形モデルを適用することにより,更に分析の精度を高め得る可能性がある.本報告では,符号制約された応答関数をもつベクトル自己回帰モデルにおける遺伝的プログラミングを用いた非線形近似手法の適用について述べる.VARモデルによるインパルス応答分析の基本について整理し,特に応答関数の符号制約の方法論をまとめる.非線形モデルに拡張する場合に関数を近似する方法としてGPを用いることを提案する.応用例においてはシミュレーションをもとにして非線形VARモデル分析の効果を,通常の線形VARモデルを適用した場合と比較することにより検証する. |
| 抄録(英) | For the problems imposing sign restriction on impulse response, the Vector Auto-regression Analysis (VAR) has been applied. This paper deals with applying the nonlinear functional approximation based on the Genetic Programming (GP) for the VAR models under sign restrictions of impulse response functions We show the problem formulation for the sign restriction on impulse (shocks) response, especially for VAR models. Then, we extend these linear models to nonlinear ones where we use the GP for the approximation of functions. As applications, we compare the results of nonlinear VAR analysis with the results obtained by ordinary linear VAR analysis. |
