Abstract(in English) In this paper, we point out a barrier on laws, guidelines and customs for activating the lifelog market like personalization services and statistical analysis services. We also refer the recent modification of personal data protection guideline and proposal of some rules to lifelog service provider published by Japan Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. Finally, we report general users' opinions against their privacy about public and business use of their time and location-related lifelog.
