Abstract(in English) | In this paper we first discuss on the Japanese words, Gijutsu and Jouhou that stand for Technoloogy and Information respectively. Gijutsu originally stands for Mechanical Art. Unfortunately the word Gijutsu also stands for Technology. Thus in Japan, the relation, Mechanical Art=Technology, holds. We thus point out that Jouhou-Gijutsu is incorrectly understood in Japan. We also point out that this misunderstanding leads to weaken the fruitful development of the contents technology. We finally discuss on an undue influence of the various contents such as DVD, TV, handy-phone, game-machine etc. on the sound growth of the mind of the infant. We thus present "Declaration of Infants Rights". |
