Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Errors related to software are caused by requirements specification errors, logic errors, coding errors. To prevent such errors, various measures or verification methods are studied and some parts of them are put into practical use. As the scale of recent railway signalling systems is larger and more complicated than before, the measures to prevent errors related to software requirements specifications, which are defined at the first stage of software development life cycle become more important. Therefore, before defining software requirements specifications, system requirements specifications are defined and safety analyses against these specifications are applied. In this report, we proposed and described to reduce errors of the software requirements specifications related to railway signalling systems, checklists for these systems considering railway signalling systems standards and safety analysis results.
