Abstract(in English) It is generally and widely recognized that the concept and the discipline of Eco-System is the key for the design of sustainable system. The Internet system and the Internet architecture has the following features, i.e., independency, autonomity, and interoperability, so as to provide "alternativeness" or "replace-ability" . These feature and design principle is critical for the implementation of Eco-System. This paper discusses the practical methodology to deliver the social and industrial platform, which continuously delivers the innovations, while solving the energy and environmental issues in front of us. And, then, the paper introduce the brief overview of Green University of Tokyo Project.
