Abstract(in English) In order to implement to ground-wave digital television broadcasting in 2011, digitalization of television is on its way resulting in increase of complex operation of TV devices. These changes emerged as new barriers to senior people and those with visual impairments who know but little of operation a machine and it is not secured the accessibility of them.
