Abstract(in English)	A support system is proposed using event measures, FA system, BTS (Bug Tracking System), database servers, Web servers, mail servers, management systems and network connection. The servers are configured to use open source software. When an event occurs in the field of production facilities, the event information is registered to the BTS automatically, and many events are stored. Referring to these cases, we can discuss current events among users. Event information can be stored with discussion flexibly, and we can cause early clear at relapse. Event handling capability can be improved by the cooperation of relevant departments in the workplace.
